How SureBill works
Three documents in, a reviewed list of possible extras out. Nothing is sent to your customer, and nothing is decided for you.
1. Start a job check
Tap Check a New Job and go straight to uploading. There is no form to fill in — we name the job by today's date and you can rename it later.
2. Add the original quote
This is what everything else is compared against. A PDF, a Word document or a clear photo of a handwritten quote all work.
3. Add the customer conversation
In WhatsApp, open the conversation, tap the menu (⋮), choose More, then Export chat, then Without media. Upload the .txt file. We never connect to WhatsApp and we can't see anything you don't upload.
4. Add your invoice
Optional, but it makes the check far more useful: it lets us tell you when something already appears on the bill.
5. Check the job
We read the quote into a list of items, pull out the dated messages, and look for anything the customer asked for later that isn't clearly covered by the quote — additions, changes, larger quantities, moved work, extra visits or materials.
6. Review each possible extra
Each one shows what changed, why we flagged it, and the exact message and quote line behind it. You mark it as extra work, already charged, not an extra, or unsure — and add your own price if you want it on the summary.
7. Generate your extra work summary
A clean, printable list of the items you confirmed, with the date each was requested and the supporting message. Use it however you like — as a conversation with your customer, or as a note to yourself before invoicing.
SureBill does not decide what your customer owes. It shows you possible extra work and the evidence behind it, so you can decide what to charge.
